~Assistance with invitation selection, wording and ordering

~Coordinating accommodations and transportation for bride and groom

Silver Package

~Preparation of detailed wedding day itinerary and timeline of events

~Coordinate and assist all vendors to insure that all details are executed as planned

~Assist in set-up of seating arrangements, cake table, favors, guest book table, and gift table at reception site

~Assist with handing out wedding day flowers pinning on corsages and boutonnieres

~Coordination of rehearsal

~Attend ceremony and reception to coordinate all wedding day activities and handle any issues that may arise

~Get wedding party in place to walk down aisle, make sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress train is straight, etc.
